« un endroit idéal pour découvrir au village et au port un art de vivre »
la situation idyllique entre la plage le port et le village, le balcon vue sur mer spacieux, l'accès direct à la mer depuis la piscine, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant piscine et embarcadero , la salle de bain multi jets, le parking facile d’accès.
J'ai un problème avec "l'accueil" de cet hôtel que l'on le nomme Reception Conciergerie ou autre c'est un mur glacial. On est à Rota en Andalousie et j'ai l’impression d'être à Burgos un jour où je dérange. Arrivée juste aimable, départ incroyable : 2400 euros de facture sans une facture papier pour confirmer les extras sans me demander comment s'était passé le séjour... je parle espagnol et on me parle anglais c'est intolérable comme au téléphone où on parle à une machine.... Il faut reconstruire l'accueil de cet hôtel en faire le centre de vie pas un bureau d'enregistrement austère. A l'inverse tout le reste du personnel en étage ou au restaurant est irréprochable. C'est ma deuxième année dans cet hôtel et je pensais que le pensais mal sur l'accueil... bis repetita. Je veux revenir l'an prochain parceque c'est un super spot plage piscine gastronomie et je serai attentif
